Hold the button, say it plainly, and get the phrase written out — plus a spelling you can actually pronounce. There is no computer voice for these languages, so your mouth is the one that says it.
Mandinka and Pulaar, which nobody else has.
Google Translate covers neither, and between them they are most of The Gambia. Wolof too, in the Gambian form rather than the Senegalese one.
It tells you when it is guessing.
Every answer says whether a Gambian speaker checked it or the machine worked it out. When it is not sure, it says so and offers the nearest phrase it does know, rather than inventing something confident and wrong.

The phrases people use most were recorded by Gambians, not synthesised. Play it, or say it yourself.
Getting it
Buy an access code in person from one of our sellers in The Gambia, then make an account here and enter it. The code sets how long you have — price and duration to confirm.
Buying your code from a seller puts the money straight into the hand of the person who sold it to you.
What it will not do
It goes one way — English in, Gambian language out — and it works on short, everyday sentences rather than long ones. Outside the phrases our speakers have checked, it will sometimes tell you it does not know. That is the honest answer, and we would rather give it than a confident wrong one.
